MPL let unique retail property to national chain OKA in Cheshire

Monckton Properties would like to welcome luxury furniture retailer, OKA, into the previously unoccupied Conservative Club building.

OKA is due to open for customers early in April and will provide employment opportunities and attract new visitors to the town.  Tatton Estate Management facilitated bringing the vacant building back into use by applying for and being granted flexible planning permission on December 4, allowing it to change the use of the building for retail purposes.  These approved plans allowed a range of new possibilities for the building, however OKA took the opportunity to expand into Cheshire, after being established in 1999 by Lady Annabel Astor, and to offer shoppers a range of quintessentially British luxury furniture and accessories.
