Knutsford is Named The Best Place to Live in the North West

Following TEM interview by Tim Palmer at The Sunday Times

TEM Property and the Tatton Estate team were delighted to host Tim Palmer, Times journalist and judge of the Sunday Times Best Place to live in Britain on a tour of Knutsford in February 2017.

We are looking for places that are improving and with a bit of community spirit, and places that don’t look like everywhere else. Knutsford is a bit more fun than some of the other similar towns – they are all great places to live, but Knutsford seems a bit more fun.

Tim and our team spent a wonderful day exploring Knutsford and the wider Tatton Estate landholding including:

Henry Brooks, Managing Director of TEM Property Group said “this was a fantastic opportunity to showcase our thriving town centre, home to luxury brands such as TeslaMcLaren and OKA as well as the amazing architecture of the town’s buildings such as Tatton Estate’s old Town Hall, recently refurbished and let by TEM Property to become the Lost & Found.

Jim McCain, Property Director of TEM Property said “it was immensely satisfying to learn of Knutsford’s triumph in the Sunday Times Best Place to live in the North West especially as we look to deliver two Garden Village schemes with some 500 homes in this special time.  Tim said they were looking for places that are improving, with a bit of community spirit, and places that don’t look like everywhere else – this is exactly the ethos of the Tatton Estate and TEM Property.”

The TEM Property Group on behalf of their client the Tatton Estate continue to work hard to make Knutsford and it’s surrounding areas even greater places to live, work and visit.
