The TEM Property Group are looking for a junior to mid Property Associate, with experience in commercial property or ambitions to work within commercial property to join our growing team.
We are based in Knutsford, Cheshire but operate from London to Glasgow. A professional, hardworking and creative team, we are constantly seeking commercial business opportunities and deals for our clients and our own portfolio.
TEM Property work closely with our short lets business and we are buying and furnishing properties to a very high spec, achieving 5* reviews on short stay websites. We also work alongside our in-house Planning and Utilities experts to offer a unique service to our clients. The whole team were all recently delighted to welcome the Revere Group’s Lost & Found to our client’s property The Town Hall in Knutsford as well as Tesla and McLaren. In 2017, our future property plans include corporate, celebratory event locations and short stay accommodation as well as large scale commercial opportunities.
