TATTON ESTATE AND TATTON GROUP HELP CHESHIRE GO GLOBAL

Tatton Group and the Tatton Estate are backing the Cheshire and Warrington delegation promoting the region to investors at MIPIM, (Le marché international des professionnels de l’immobilier) the world’s largest property convention.

The four-day event takes place over March 14-17 in Cannes, France and attracts around 23,000 property professionals from more than 90 countries. It is used by cities and regions to promote regeneration opportunities and attract investment.

It’s the first time Cheshire and Warrington, led by the Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP), alongside Cheshire West and Chester Council, Cheshire East Council and Warrington Borough Council, has taken a significant presence at the festival.

“Cheshire and Warrington is the outstanding performer in the UK economy outside of London – the most successful economy in the Northern Powerhouse,” said Henry Brooks, managing director of Tatton Group.

“We are delighted to sponsor the LEP delegation to help share the responsibility of telling the story of all that Cheshire has to offer and to showcase the investment opportunities here.

“Tatton Group’s objective is to attract leading national and international innovators to this bit of the North West. Major manufacturers, leisure, PRS, science businesses and institutions and long-term investors such as pension funds and developers can achieve exceptional quality schemes and returns here once they understand the area’s genuinely unique attributes.

The Tatton Estate is working hard to make Cheshire an even better place to live, work and visit.  A bold vision to create not just new jobs and homes but also garden village communities and greater opportunities for both current and future generations.  Cities and regions require funding to grow. MIPIM is the largest shop window where Cheshire can show what it has to offer.”
