Monckton Properties, part of the Tatton Estate is delighted to be working with Topps Tiles, the UK’s leading tile specialist, to launch its boutique format store in Knutsford; the first outside of Greater London.   The lease for the 2,500 sq ft commercial unit, located between McClaren and Sainsbury at 3/7 Canute Place, will see Topps Tiles open its doors in late Spring, making the brand even more convenient to both home improvement enthusiasts and trade professionals.

Renowned for its large edge-of-town store formats, the new store concept from Topps Tiles is a more intimate shopping experience combining practical inspiration with expert know-how. The store journey revolves around a large consultation table where customers can access specialist design advice from expertly trained teams, including a digital visualiser where visitors can view different tiles in real room sets or simply assemble tile samples to assess the overall look. Customers can also purchase individual samples from the selected product displays and make purchases in the same way as in existing stores.

Jim McCain of Tatton Estate Management Ltd who negotiated the transaction on behalf of Monckton Properties Ltd said:   “We are delighted to see this prime unit reoccupied.
