Find out more, visit the public consultation

Exciting proposals are put forwards for a new rural pub and retail hub to bring a new chapter for Millington, Cheshire, ensuring a sustainable community for the village.

TEM Property are delighted to be working with Brunning & Price again, following the very successful development of the Hayhurst Arms at Bostock in Cheshire West, their pubs are always in rural locations and each pub has its own style and flavour.   The former social club site in Bostock was developed by the popular pub and restaurant chain and breathed new life into the village with this now well established and very popular destination.  The Hayhurst Arms has brought welcome employment to the area, and a community home.  Many a visitor has been out to Langley and eaten at the super Sutton Hall.

Eyes are now on a site at Millington, at a disused farm and out buildings located not far from the Cheshire East, Trafford borders and near the new A556 dual carriageway.

A public consultation event, organised by Carol Clarke of TEM Planning is to be held on Thursday 12th January 2017 at the site, the public are invited to attend and find out more.  Mary Willcock, Managing Director and Neil Comley of Brunning & Price will also be at the event.
